APS
Capital Equipment Savings Program
The APS Capital
Equipment Savings Program is designed to help hospitals,
long term care facilities, and surgicenters in Kansas
and Missouri access the lowest possible prices when
purchasing capital equipment. If
you are not a member of APS, you
must sign up for the Group Buy program 30 to 45 days
prior to purchase to process paperwork.

Q:
Who qualifies to participate?
A:
All licensed hospitals, long term care facilities, surgicenters,
and APS Participants in Kansas and Missouri.
Q:
Do I need to sign up?
A: Yes. Even if you are an APS Participant and MedAssets
member, you may need to complete additional paperwork required
by the vendor. Those who are not APS Participants or MedAssets
members will need to sign a participation agreement and program
designation form. Call 1-888-941-2771 and ask to speak
to a client services representative to sign up for the Group
Buy program.
Q:
How can I find pricing for equipment?
A: If you are a MedAssets CDQuick user, go to Programs/Group
Buys & Promos. A list of current group buy specials
will appear. Click on the link of the product you’re
interested in and a flier with group buy pricing will be displayed.
