APS Capital Equipment Savings Program The APS Capital Equipment Savings Program is designed to help hospitals, long term care facilities, and surgicenters in Kansas and Missouri access the lowest possible prices when purchasing capital equipment. If you are not a member of APS, you must sign up for the Group Buy program 30 to 45 days prior to purchase to process paperwork. Q:  Who qualifies to participate? A:  All licensed hospitals, long term care facilities, surgicenters, and APS Participants in Kansas and Missouri. Q:  Do I need to sign up? A:  Yes. Even if you are an APS Participant and MedAssets member, you may need to complete additional paperwork required by the vendor.
