Vendors: APS welcomes supplier inquiries and solicitations. Vendors interested in becoming an APS contract supplier are advised to notify the APS staff in writing, as outlined in the Suppliers' Section. Your proposal will then be submitted to the appropriate APS Committee for consideration. All contract decisions will be made by Contracting Committees made up of active APS Participants.
