Associated Purchasing Services (APS) is a group purchasing organization affiliated with the Missouri Hospital Association and the Kansas Hospital Association.

Reducing Costs for Participants

APS increases contracting efficiency and reduces overhead costs for Participants by coordinating the research and development of product and service contracts. Based the purchasing power of our Participants, we negotiate discounts for our members and pass along the savings.

Participants can save money on products and services offered by local vendors by accessing more than 50 strategic contracts offering favorable terms. From clinical needs like gloves and IV solutions to office needs such as paper and pens, our suppliers have everything our Participants need, thousands of discounted items on contract.

Expertise, Friendly Customer Service, and Savings

APS offers decades of combined experience in Materials Management, Respiratory Therapy, Dietary Services, Healthcare Management, & Engineering. Participants also receive the assistance of our three client service representatives who work with the purchasing department to ensure that all necessary forms are signed to take advantage of discounted contract pricing.

As an affiliate of the Missouri Hospital Association and the Kansas Hospital Association, we are working on behalf of our Participants. A portion of our earnings goes to support the two hospital associations and the rest is returned to our Participants. Period. Nobody else gets a cut. It all goes back to support our Participants.
